Send a KOT to the kitchen printer with one tap. The kitchen copy leaves out prices — it shows only the items, quantities and table number, which is all the kitchen needs.

Table Management

Assign bills to tables with a single tap and see which tables are occupied or free at a glance. When you are serving several tables at once, park an order, switch to another, and recall the parked bill with one tap.

UPI Payments With a QR Code

RasaBill shows a live QR code for the exact bill amount. The customer scans it with GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app, so there is no need for a card machine for UPI payments.

Receipts on Any Thermal Printer

Connect a Bluetooth or USB thermal printer with 58 mm or 80 mm paper. You can add your logo, GST number and a footer message, and choose a simple or detailed receipt format.

Reports and Offline Use

Review every bill filtered by date, payment method or table, with daily sales, tax collected and the payment-method breakdown. RasaBill works fully offline and is available in English, Hindi and Bahasa Indonesia. The Premium plan adds a customer database and an expense ledger, so you can see daily profit, not just revenue.
